The FaroArm improves quality and reverse engineering processes by rapidly verifying or scanning parts with confidence and accuracy. The FaroArm allows manufacturers to make and substantiate improvements in product quality. It makes it easy to perform accurate measurements of complex parts and reduces the time spent gathering those measurements. This 4’ arm will measure 8’ long parts.

“Flexible Cutting through Thick and Thin” The TruLaser 2030 2D Cutting Machine combines an integral load and unload device with a high-speed laser cutting machine, resulting in a compact and productive flexible manufacturing cell. This unique machine represents perfect synchronization of laser resonator, cutting machine and automated material handling. Made by TRUMPF.

TruLaser 3030 NEW: Redefining the standard – Equipped with a 5 kilowatt CO2 laser for sheet thicknesses up to 25 mm, the TruLaser 3030 NEW has assumed a pioneering role in its sector when it comes to productivity and processing flexibility. Moreover, the need to change cutting heads has been eliminated as the TruLaser 3030 NEW uses the single head cutting strategy for all sheet thicknesses. Another highlight is the transverse installation of the pallet changer which not only saves times but also cuts walking distances.

The TRUMPF TruBend 5085 press brake provides quality, flexibility, and productivity with free bending and embossed bending. The TruBend provides high quality bending using innovative techniques.

The TRUMATIC 2020R is TRUMPF’s CNC Punch Machining Center. The 2020R provides flexible punching, nibbling, and forming in high volume without compromising quality. It has a wide range of capabilities, including: cut-outs, perforations, beading, double beading, bead forming, forming, countersinking, extrusion, thread rolling, marking, carving, and punching.

The Job Shop Machine The Genesis Versa 2 is a flexible robotic welding and cutting workcell designed for the job shop manufacturing environment. It can accommodate heavier and longer tool lengths and/or multiple part numbers simultaneously.

The Mazak Nexus 250 lathe coupled with the SMW Space Saver 2400 bar feeder gives MPI even more automation and higher productivity.
